Every day at dawn all the animals walked hand in hand to their school in the woods; the smaller ones attended kindergarten, the bigger ones attended elementary class. Big or small, they all loved studying.

It was hard to tell how old he was as he had been there for nearly a thousand years. He was a dragon! (TRACK 21) This dragon nAever joined a schoDol. Was he a Bf7ool? Was hEe a king? He Athought he knE ew evAerything.
ความท่ไี ม่ยอมเรียนหนงั สอื เจ้ามงั กรไฟกเ็ ลยอ่านหนังสอื ไม่ออก มันไม่เคยอ่านหนงั สอื อะไรเลยสักเล่มเดียว มันก็เลยไม่รู้ว่าในโลกนม้ี ีสตั ว์อะไรอยู่บ้าง วนั นเ้ี จ้ามังกรไฟตืน่ ขึน้ มาด้วยความหิว หลงั จากทีม่ ันนอนหลบั ไป 752 ปี มันเดนิ เข้าไปใกล้โรงเรยี น แล้วมันกแ็ ปลกใจว่าทำ� ไมถงึ มสี ัตว์มากมายมารวมกันอยู่ “ทนี่ ่ีคอื ทไี่ หน” มนั ร้องถามออกไป “ทน่ี คี่ อื โรงเรยี น” สัตว์ทงั้ หลายกต็ ะโกนตอบขึ้นมาพร้อมกนั “โรงเรยี นร”ึ มงั กรไฟก้มตวั ลงมาหาพวกสตั ว์ “ดีจรงิ ฉนั จะกนิ พวกเจ้าให้หมดทัง้ โรงเรยี นเลย!” The dragon did not know how to read or write because he never joined a school. He never read a book in his life, so he had no idea what other creatures there could be in this world. On that day he woke up starving after a 752-year sleep. He left his cave and when he was getting near the school, he wondered why it was crowded. “What is this place?” yelled the dragon. “It’s our school,” shouted others in reply. “School?” the dragon bent down to them. “Perfect. I’ll eat all of you at YOUR SCHOOL!”
(TRACK 12) (TRACK 22) เจ้ามังกรไฟได้ยินดังนัน้ ก็หัวเราะเสียงดงั ก้องไป ทงั้ ป่า...ด้วยส�ำคญั ว่าตวั เองนัน้ เก่งกว่าใคร มนั รบี ตะโกน รบั คำ� ท้าไปทันที พร้อมกบั เอาลิ้นเลียปาก ด้วยความอยากกินสัตว์เหล่านัน้ “เอ้า...ถ้าพวกเจ้าชนะฉนั ทั้งห้าข้อ ฉันจะไม่กิน พวกเจ้าเลย” Monkey AboyD, smartest one, TA old his friends to listEen: “AShouldn’t weA7 teDach him a leBs7son?E” TAhen he said “DD ragon, you! (TRACK 13) “อะไรนะ...แข่งช่ังน้�ำหนกั รึ จะมสี ตั ว์ท่ไี หนตวั ใหญ่กว่าฉนั อกี มา อย่าช้าเลย ฉนั หิวเตม็ ทีแล้ว เอาที่ช่ังน้�ำหนกั ออกมาเถอะ” ทีช่ ่ังน้�ำหนกั ถกู เอาออกมาวางอยู่กลางลานกว้าง เจ้ามงั กรไฟ กระโดดขึน้ ช่งั ก่อน... “800 กิโลกรมั ฮ่าฮ่าฮ่า” (TRACK 23) This dragon nAever joined a schooDl. Was he a fBo7ol? Was hEe a king? He Athought he knEew everythiAng. “Number oAne Dshall begin. NA ever be afraEid. WA e will start wA7ithD the game of Bw7 eight! E SAomeone like you oDr one of us, wA ho can claim he’s heBamvierE? TAhat’s the onA7e tDo becoB7me the Ewinner!” “What? The game of weight? Who on earth is bigger than me? Well, if you want, let’s just do it. I can’t wait any longer to gulp you all down. Bring in the scale.” A scale was then placed on the square. The dragon jumped on it right away. “800 kilograms! จะเอาสัตว์อะไรมาช่ังแข่งกบั มังกรดีล่ะ และหลงั จากพวกสตั ว์ ทง้ั หลายเถียงกันอยู่สกั พัก จู่ๆเจ้าลงิ น้อยกจ็ ูงคุณครจู งิ โจ้ออกมา “ตวั อะไรน่ะ” เจ้ามงั กรไฟถาม เพราะมันไม่เคยเห็นสตั ว์ รปู ร่างอย่างนี้มาก่อน “ฉนั คือจงิ โจ้...ฉนั จะชัง่ ละนะ” เขม็ ตาชั่งค่อยๆหมุนไป แล้วก็ไปหยดุ อยู่ทต่ี วั เลข 801 สัตว์ทั้งหลายต่างมากระซิบถามลงิ น้อยกันใหญ่ว่าทำ� ไมคุณครูจงิ โจ้ ถงึ มนี �้ำหนักมากได้ขนาดนนั้ และพอลงิ น้อยเฉลยให้ฟัง สตั ว์ทกุ ตวั ก็ร้อง อ๋อเบา ๆ เจ้ามังกรไฟมันไม่เคยเรยี นหนงั สอื มันก็เลยไม่รู้หรอกว่าจิงโจ้ มีกระเป๋าหน้าท้อง แล้วเจ้าลงิ ก็แอบเอาก้อนหนิ ใส่ไว้ในกระเป๋าของ คุณครจู งิ โจ้ไม่รู้กกี่ ้อนต่อก่กี ้อน “พวกเราชนะหนึง่ ข้อแล้ว” สตั ว์ทั้งหลายต่างร้องดใี จข้นึ พร้อมๆกนั Who should compete with this huge beast? They discussed it only for a short while, then the little monkey boy brought in the teacher Kangaroo. “Who are you?” asked the dragon as he had never seen an animal looking like this before. “I’m a kangaroo. I’m getting on the scale now.” The scale pin then slowly moved and finfi ally stopped at the number 801! Totally stunned, the other animals secretly asked the monkey why the teacher Kangaroo was that heavy. When the monkey revealed the truth, they were all in awe. Since the dragon had never studied at any school, he did not know that female kangaroos had a pouch to carry their babies in and that was where the monkey put so many rocks before the kangaroo stepped on the scale. “We won the iffirst game!” shouted all animals joyfully.
